Sriracha honey dressing with honey, chili, garlic, ginger, and sesame

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, and sriracha until smooth and well combined.

  2. Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil if using. Whisk again to combine.

  3. Season with the sea salt and black pepper.

  4. Taste and adjust. Add more sriracha for heat, honey for sweetness, or rice vinegar for additional brightness.

  5. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water, one tablespoon at a time, and whisk until the dressing reaches your preferred consistency.

  6. Let the dressing sit for 5 to 10 minutes before serving so the garlic, ginger, honey, and sriracha flavors have time to meld.

  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake or stir well before using.

Simple tip.

Drizzle this dressing over roasted vegetables, salmon, or chicken for an instant flavor boost. It also works beautifully as a quick marinade.

Make it your own.

Start with 1 tablespoon of sriracha for a milder dressing, then add more to taste. Increase the honey for extra sweetness or add more ginger for a sharper, fresher bite.
